Virtual Tour

The 2019 National Lottery Grant ‘Discovering Pugin’ enabled NTU to produce a full laser scan of the Cathedral building to create a 3D fly through model to be made of the building and demonstrates how the original building was constructed and visualises Pugin’s original designs. This ensures there will be a digital record for posterity and provide an invaluable resource for interpretation and eventually combining it with paint research analysis will allow us to appreciated Pugin’s original interior too.
